How Should Sources Fit?
My research folder is full of articles, notes, figures, and bookmarked pages, but my actual report is still nearly empty. Every time I start writing, I get distracted trying to decide where each source belongs. I have been reading about research report writing to understand how other people organize this stage. I think my main problem is starting the writing before building a proper structure. Do you normally group research by section first, or create the outline and then match sources to it?
Who Handles Technical Content?
I need to prepare some technical material for a project, but I am having trouble explaining complicated details in simple words. I know the subject fairly well, yet my drafts feel too dense for someone new to the topic. While searching for outside help, I found professional technical writing services and started looking into how technical writers approach this problem. I want accuracy without making everything difficult to read. What should I provide so a technical writer can understand the subject and audience properly?
